On September 17, ARG-E-JADID Special Economic Zone in Bam, Kerman Province, Iran received nearly 120 dealers of Lifan from different provinces in Iran. They have come for Lifan Iran distributor conference at the invitation of Lifan’s general agent Kerman Motor Corporation (KMC).
Mir Alinaghi, CEO of KMC, briefed the attendees on KMC’s history, its outstanding achievements in KMC-Lifan cooperation in such aspects as sale, quality, customer services and new products over the nearly four years, as well as its future development plan.
Yazdani, 620 project market director of KMC, introduced the new model 620 launched in Iran this year; Shekari, general customer service manager of KMC, introduced the customer service strategic plan and existing achievements of KMC/Lifan in Iran.
Next, the dealers visited the special economic zone and KMC’s production line, and attended Lifan SUV experience meeting; upon appearance, SUV drew great attention from all dealers.
After being briefed, all dealers considered Lifan SUV to be highly competitive in Iran in terms of exterior, properties and market orientation, hoped SUV would be launched in Iran as soon as possible and expressed strong confidence in SUV sales.

Results of Chinese car sales for the first half of 2011 year compared to the same period last year showed an increase of 92%.
During the first six months of a year LIFAN became the leader of the Chinese brands in Russia. The company increased sales by 3.3 times (up to 7544 cars). 70% of this amount is the share of sedan Solano.
لیفان در ۶ ماهه نخست سال ۲۰۱۱ به عنوان پرفروش ترین برند در بین برندهای چینی در بازار روسیه شناخته شد.فروش خودروهای لیفان با ۳.۳ برابر افزایش نسبت به مدت مشابه در سال ۲۰۱۰ با ۷۵۴۴ دستگاه خودرو در راس خودروسازان چینی حاضر در بازار روسیه قرار گرفت.حدود ۷۰ درصد خودروهای فروخته شده در بازار روسیه ار نوع لیفان سولانو یا همان لیفان ۶۲۰ بوده است.

درآمد 180 ميليون دلاري شركت آمريكايي با بياعتنائي به تحريم ايران
به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس به نقل از روزنامه چاینا مورنینگ پست شرکت ای آی جی آمریکا که برای بازپرداخت کمک مالی 162 میلیارد دلاری دولت با مشکل روبرو است به خاطر سرمایه گذاری در یک شرکت چینی طرف قرارداد با ایران با سود 180 میلیون دلاری روبرو شده است . این شرکت آمریکایی بیش از 1.81 میلیارد یوان از سهام شرکت چینی چونگ کینگ لیفان را در اختیار دارد . این شرکت چینی در زمینه صنعت خودروسازی فعالیت می کند و سهام آن در بورس شانگهای عرضه می شود . شرکت ای آی جی آمریکا در جولای 2008 با پرداخت 605.33 میلیون یوان بخشی از سهام این شرکت چینی را خریداری کرده است . ارزش سهام این شرکت طی هفته های اخیر با رشد چشمگیری روبرو شده است . این شرکت آمریکایی 13.5 درصد سهام شرکت چینی را در اختیار دارد . شرکت چینی مزبور موتور سیکلت به ایران صادر می کند . این شرکت چینی همچنین مجوز مونتاژ خودرو به صورت کیتهای وارداتی را در ایران دارد . این در حالی است که قوانین آمریکا در خصوص تحریم ایران به شرکتهای آمریکایی اجازه همکاری و سرمایه گذاری در ایران را به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم نمی دهد . بر اساس این گزارش بیش از 77.9 درصد سهام شرکت ای آی جی آمریکا در اختیار وزارت دارایی این کشور است . در عین حال سخنگوی وزارت دارایی آمریکا اعلام کرد سرمایه گذاری ای آی جی در شرکت لیفان چین تناقضی با قوانین تحریمی آمریکا بر ضد ایران ندارد . میزان صادرات شرکت لیفان به ایران بخش ناچیزی از فعالیتهای این شرکت را تشکیل می دهد و این صادرات و مشارکت ای آی جی در این شرکت مخالف با قوانین امریکا نیست.

به گزارش خبرگزاری اقتصادی ایران (econews.ir) ،"مارک تیمبر"با بیان این مطلب افزود: قدرت موتور لیفان x60suv معادل 1.8 لیتر است که با یک موتور 2 لیتر برابری میکند. البته این خودرو چندماهی است که در بازار چین عرضه شده است، ولی نمونهای نیز که در بازار ایران عرضه خواهد شد، به لحاظ مشخصات فنی تفاوتی با نمونه چینی نخواهد داشت و چه بسا این خودرو در بازار ایران، با کیفیت بالاتری عرضه شود؛ چراکه مردم ایران خودروهای باکیفیتتر را میپسندند. مدیرعامل شرکت صادرات و واردات لیفان در مورد تحلیل بازار ایران افزود: از طریق نمایندگانی که در ایران داریم، به صورت مرتب آخرین اطلاعات بازار ایران را رصد میکنیم و هم اکنون نیز این اطلاعات گویای آن است که لیفان 620 فروش خوبی در بازار ایران دارد و بر همین اساس، قصد داریم لیفان x60suv را با همین استراتژی به بازار عرضه کنیم. وی در پاسخ به سئوال دیگری مبنی بر تنوعبخشی محصولات لیفان در بازار ایران در آینده تصریح کرد: رنج محصولات لیفان هم اکنون کامل است و کاملتر هم میشود؛ به نحوی که هم اکنون لیفان از کلاسA0 که شامل محصولات لیفان 320 است، تولید میشود و هم اکنون لیفان 620 تولید شده است و به زودی لیفان 720 را نیز در بازار عرضه خواهیم کرد. به گفته تیمبر، در کنار x60suv نیز قصد داریم مدلی دیگر از SUV را با سایز بزرگتر عرضه کنیم که به نظر میرسد رقیب تویوتا هایلندر باشد. این خودرو هم اکنون در حال طراحی است و به تدریج به بازار ایران نیز وارد خواهد شد. وی در خصوص زمان عرضه لیفان 720 نیز خاطرنشان کرد: این خودرو در مارس یا آوریل 2012 در بازار چین عرضه میشود. مدیرعامل شرکت صادرات و واردات لیفان در پاسخ به سئوالی مبنی بر عدم توفیق لیفان 520 در بازار ایران گفت: عدم توفیق لیفان 520 درس بزرگی به ما داد و بر این اساس تلاش میشود که این اتفاق بر روی محصولات جدید رخ ندهد. بر این اساس اعتقاد من بر این است که لیفان 520 به ذات خودروی خوبی است؛ ولی به خاطر عدم شناخت ما نسبت به شرایط ایران، این خودرو نسبت به شرایط آب و هوایی و جادههای ایرانی طراحی نشده بود. وی اظهارداشت: با اصلاحاتی که بر روی لیفان 520 اعمال شد، کیفیت آن بالا رفته است و به طور قطع محصولات جدید میتوانند جای خود را در بازار ایران باز کنند، با توجه به اینکه لیفان یک نمونه اس. یو. وی را به تازگی تحویل ایران داده است، قرار بر این است که این خودرو در مسافت 20 تا 25 هزار کیلومتری تست و ایرادات آن برطرف شود. تیمبر در خصوص رقبای لیفان x60suv در بازار ایران به خبرنگار مهرگفت: x33 ماشین خوبی است؛ ولی لیفان x60suv خودروی بهتری است؛ ولی لیفان میتواند رقیب جدی برای تیگو باشد؛ چراکه این ماشین از لحاظ ظاهری به روزتر است و از طرفی از لحاظ حجم موتور با اینکه موتور 1800 دارد، ولی به دلیل دارابودن تکنولوژی وی. وی. تی با قدرت 2000سی سی برابری میکند. وی اظهارداشت: ما به هیچ وجه جنگ قیمتی با رقبا نداریم، میخواهیم رقابت سالم داشته باشیم و مطمئنیم با این قیمت فروش خوبی خواهیم داشت و رقیب سرسختی برای تیگو خواهیم بود و مصرف را پایینتر خواهد آمد.

Lifan, one of China’s fastest growing privately-owned auto manufacturers, is looking to enter the UAE market. According to Mark Timber, vice-president of Lifan, the company is currently in talks for dealerships.
“The UAE is a very big place to start with. We are not only talking about distributors. We are thinking of making the UAE a central warehouse for our cars in the future,” said Timber.
The company, which is based in Chongqing in southwest China, is best known for manufacturing motorcycles. For the UAE market it is looking to promote its line of mid-range automobiles.
Lifan is using the Dubai International Motor Show to showcase its new X60 SUV model and its recently-launched electric car, the EV۶۲۰. The company said it is capitalising on what it sees as the current and future growth segments of the automobile market.
The X60 SUV has seen unprecedented growth over the past two years, both in China and globally, and Timber said they are looking for similar success here.
Eco-friendly car
The EV620 is a product of China’s new Automotive Industrial Restructuring and Revitalisation plan which states that by 2012, five per cent of total passenger car sales will comprise vehicles running on alternative energy sources such as full hybrid and plug-in hybrid engines.
The green model is capable of doing up to 200km on a full six-hour charge and the lithium-iron-phosphate batteries can be charged on both slow and fast chargers depending on need. At its peak, the 47Kw motor can reach 0-80 km/h in 15 seconds and a top speed of 100 km/h.
Lifan’s presence at the Motor Shows comes as part of the company’s international growth plan where it is looking to the Middle East as its key target market for global export sales.
“The UAE is a very rich place and usually rich people don’t look to buy a car from China. But the whole world is changing their perception of China. The UAE is the window to the rest of the Middle East and the first stage to show China is here,” said Timber.
“If customers in the UAE start to purchase Lifan cars, then other Middle Eastern countries will have no problem. We have to let the Middle East know that China wants to be here in a big way.”
Looking to expand
According to Timber, the company currently has over 10,000 units on roads across Iran, Iraq and North Africa. Other major international markets for Lifan include the CIS countries such as Russia and Ukraine, and South American countries such as Brazil.
Lifan also aims to expand to markets such as Europe, Africa, Southeast and West Asia and South America

Lifan 520 to enter European market through Czech Republic
Martin Motors, an Italian company which is responsible for importing Lifan brand to Europe, will begin selling Lifan cars in the Czech Republic soon.
The company has decided to sell the Lifan 520 to the European market. There are two body versions of Lifan 520, one is a four-door sedan, the other is the 520i, which is a five-door hatchback. The former is 4,370 mm long while the latter is 4,040 mm long. Both cars will adopt the 1.6 Tritec engine and it can provide torque of 149 Nm and 116 brake horsepower, making the car reach the maximum speed of 185 km/h and go from 0 to 100km/h in 10.5 seconds. Like most Chinese cars, the vehicle has standard interior features, which was designed with comfort in mind.
The car has passed a crash test in Russia, the European official certification procedure ECE-R 94. It shows that there aren't any leaks in fuel system. The Lifan 520 met "E mark" requirements in 2007, which means it can be legally sold in the EU countries. All the car’s components fulfill the requirements of European official certification.

As for power on Lifan620, it offers two solutions on it, one is LF481Q3 1.6L engine which is the self-developed engine by Lifan Auto, the other one is BMW Tritec engine, the max power of LF481Q3 is 79kw, max torque is 137N.m, in addition, there is no variable valve distribution timing system on LF481Q3.
The max power of BMW Tritec engine is 85kw, max torque is 149N.m, it was also featured on Chery Cowin.

لیفان ۵۲۰ از سال ۲۰۱۰ با فرم جدید چراغهای عقب و تغییرات جزئی در داشبورد تولید میشود که در ایران کرمان موتور پسوند ای را هم به ۵۲۰ اضافه کرده و با نام لیفان ۵۲۰ ای در ایران تولید و عرضه میشود البته لیفان ۵۲۰ ای در واقع لیفان ۵۲۰ هاچبک میباشد.ولی بدلیل عرضه نشدن لیفان ۵۲۰ هاچبک کرمان موتور ترجیح داده تا لیفان ۵۲۰ مدل ۲۰۱۱ را با نام ۵۲۰ ای روانه بازار داخل نماید.

شرکت لیفان قرار داد تولید موتور ۲/۱ لیتری
پرخوران را با شرکت معتبر و معظم ریکاردو انگلستان امضا کرد.
این موتور با حجم ۱۲۰۰ سی سی توانایی تولید ۱۳۹ اسب بخار(۱۰۲ کیلو وات) در دور موتور ۶۰۰۰ و گشتاور ۲۰۰ نیوتن متر در دور موتور ۴۰۰۰ را دارد.این موتور از نوع TDI می باشد.قرار است این موتور تا پایان سال ۲۰۱۲ روی مدل فیس لیفت لیفان ۵۲۰ نصب شود.مهمترین مزیت این موتور مصرف سوخت خیلی کم در کنار تولید قدرت زیاد و گشتاور بالاست.
Lifan Motors inked a deal on May 12 in Chongqing with the British automotive engineering company Ricardo to jointly build a 1.2L turbocharged direct-injection (1.2 TDI) engine for the next generation Lifan 520.
To be developed in the UK and released in two or three years, the 1.2 TDI engine would be able to put out a maximum of 102kW of power and 200Nm of torque, and meet Euro 5 emission standards.
Lifan 520, a low-cost subcompact, was first released in January 2006. Available as both a notchback and a hatchback, the current model gets three engine choices of natural aspiration–a 1.3L, 1.5L, and 1.6L.

Chongqing Lifan Industry Group Co. Ltd (Lifan) of China today signed a Heads of Agreement with Ricardo plc to develop a new family of car engines and transmissions. The proposed collaboration between the two companies is aimed at providing Lifan with internationally competitive powertrain products and technologies to facilitate its continued expansion
The signing ceremony, organised by UK Trade & Investment, was witnessed by Baroness Amos, Leader of the UK House of Lords, and Mr Jia Qinglin, the Chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee (CPPCC) in London. The Heads of Agreement was signed by Yin Mingshan, Chairman of Chongqing Lifan Holding Co.Ltd, and Marcus Beresford, Chairman of Ricardo plc. Part of a major investment programme by Lifan, the initial focus of envisaged for the collaboration is the design and development of a completely new family of car engines of 0.8-2.4 litres displacement, new transmissions featuring technologies such as AMT and DCT, and support in the manufacturing implementation of these products. The first contract under the terms of this Heads of Agreement is expected to be placed imminently.
Since its formation in 1991 Lifan has developed rapidly to become one of China’s most dynamic and successful industrial companies, with group export sales in 2005 of nearly US$300 million to 110 countries and regions. With its origins in the two-wheeler sector, the company has the capacity to produce 2.5 million motorcycle engines and 1 million motorcycles annually. In August 2003 Lifan announced an intention to enter the automotive sector and has now commissioned a new vehicle assembly facility on a greenfield site in Chongqing, China. In early 2006 Lifan went into production with its first passenger car, the Lifan 520.

In February 2011, Lifan Motors held the launching ceremony of Lifan620 in Teheran. Ambassador of China to Iran Yu Hongyang, Iranian government officers, media and Iranian distributors of Lifan Motors presented the ceremony. Iran news channel 1 (national) reported the ceremony.

On March 16, LIFAN and Chinese Academy of Sciences unveiled Shanghai Zhongke-Lifan Vehicle Co., Ltd. officially in shanghai, Lifan EV car will debut as police car in Shanghai World Expo.

22. On October 17th, Vietnam Premier Nguyen Tan Dung with its delegation visited Lifan Group. Under the witness of Nguyen Tan Dung, Yin Mingshan and TRACIMEXCO - Bao Toan Join Stock Company (TBT) signed an automobile manufacturing project with investment of 20 million USD in Vietnam. This will be Lifan’s second automobile plant in Vietnam.
23. In November 2009, LF320 and LF620 passed European E/e-mark type approval this November. It indicates that the three main models of Lifan Motors LF520, LF320 and LF620 all passed European E/e-mark type approval symbolizing Lifan Motors launching to enter European market.
24. On December 8th, 2009, Yangfan Motors Plc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lifan Group is finally set up and launches new Lifan520, Lifan620 and Lifan320 to customers in Ethiopia.
25. The second-phase plant of Lifan Motors in Chongqing will be put into production in 2010 with the design capacity of 100,000. By then, the Chongqing-based main plant can reach 250,000 in vehicle production capacity. In addition, the engine factory of Lifan Motors will also be put into production this year and the capacity will reach 20 million units.
26. On January 11th, 2010, Lifan KD project in Azerbaijan officially put into operation. First batch of assembled cars drove off the production line. This is the fifth overseas KD plant of Lifan Motors.
27. On February 24th, 2010, LIFAN520 officially off-lined in Ethiopia. By 2012, Lifan Group will invest 30 million dollars to its Ethiopian auto project to upgrade 4S stores, factory and service stations, and realize the aim of 2000upa.
28. In March 2010, the assembly plant in Uruguay of Lifan Motors has been built and put into production. The design capacity of the assembly plant in Uruguay of Lifan Motors is 40,000 units. The plant mainly assembling Lifan320 and Lifan620, and the first batch units are estimated to offline at the end of April.
29. On March 16, 2010 LIFAN and Chinese Academy of Sciences unveiled Shanghai Zhongke-Lifan Vehicle Co., Ltd. officially in shanghai. It signed that LIFAN launched new energy strategy officially. Besides LIFAN 620 EV will be as police car at Shanghai World Expo, LIFAN 320 EV has been developed successfully.
